As a precaution, please adhere to the following:
1. Personal Hygine and cleanliness is critical.
2. If you have any signs of 'flu' like symtoms such as fever, runny nose, body ache, headache, sore throat, please see the panel doctor immediately.
3. HODs are to be on the look out on their staff's well being and escalate the information should they know of any suspected cases. They are to take a role in keeping their staff aware of the situation as well as the preventive measures.
4. Avoid coughing and sneezing openly or at another person. If possible, cover mouth and nose with tissue when coughing or sneezing.
5. Educate your family and friends about the above.
